Consigned Item Returns

Refunds and Exchanges

We are a consignment business and we do our best to ensure we accept quality items but due to the nature of our business and that we sell gently used items, slight imperfections may exist. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to work with you but we are unable to accept returns as our items are sold as is.

New Furniture Exchange Policy

New furniture may be returned for exchange only within 30 days of delivery or store pick up.  Items must be returned in like – new condition with original packaging and materials.  Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs or restocking fees.

Payment

In store we accept cash, debit or credit card.  Our online store only accepts credit card at this time.

Pick Up or Delivery

Contact us prior to your purchase to discuss Pick Up or Delivery of your purchase.  A fee will be charged for delivery and will be dependent on your location.

Email addresses and other personal details gathered on our website are held strictly confidential and are not released or sold to a third party.
