Refunds and Exchanges

We are a consignment business and we do our best to ensure we accept quality items but due to the nature of our business and that we sell gently used items, slight imperfections may exist. Consignment items are final sale.  New merchandise can be exchanged with original tags and receipt within 7 days of purchase.

New Furniture Exchange Policy

New furniture may be returned for exchange only within 30 days of delivery or store pick up.  Items must be returned in like – new condition with original packaging and materials.  Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs or restocking fees.


In store we accept cash, debit or credit card.  Our online store only accepts credit card at this time.

Pick Up or Delivery

Contact us prior to your purchase to discuss Pick Up or Delivery of your purchase.  A fee will be charged for delivery and will be dependent on your location. Please contact store for any items purchased online and  need to be returned via post.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
